My Scrap Book Room!!!

Well I tossed around the idea to move my daughter out of her room and downstairs where her brother's share a room......I didn't know if I should or not because she would have to move into their room, because the other bedroom downstairs, which is to be hers, is unfinished. Well after the open house at my house, then moving everything to town. My downstairs is a disaster!!! I took all my shelving away and everything layed on the floor. This is also a place where my kids share the other half of the room with their toys. More disaster!! I was having such a hard time working when I couldn't find anything. So I got fed up with it and made the decision. She's moving out!!! I did pass this by her and her brothers before doing so, and of course with the hubby! They were fine with it and excited to share their room with their sister. Strange isn't it, well let's give it a little while and I know that will change. Maybe it will encourage my husband to work on her room! So all my stuff got moved upstairs and not everything is set yet, but at least I have a place to put stuff and feel much more calmer as I work! As you see in the pictures, my kids think it is their room also! Not sure about that! I guess I don't mind on occassion, at least they are getting along and working quitely....they are my little crafters! Ethan, my oldest is waiting for me to get out their stamps and such so they can make some things. I will be repainting the room for now it's pink with butterflies! Also their is still more organizing that has to be done but workable until after Christmas!
Thanks for checking in with me and I hope you are having a wonderful day!

New Shop

Here is my new shop...in the future! I dropped all my inventory off and will be setting up. I have been trying to get things organized and if you know when you organize new things come up to get in order and so forth. Well I am finding many things that I didn't think about, a little bit of head spinning! I am excited to open for the three days this week to let others know who I am and where I will be. I have some new things that came in last week and will post them tomorrow.
The space is not real big, but big enough for now. I am laying out a floor plan and getting the most out of the space, so that my small space will pack a huge punch! It can be challenging but fun too! I mentioned before that I was looking at February to be opening, but with the remodeling that will be going on after December and the increase of product, OH, and the different classes that I want to offer I will be taking more time to get organized and opening later in the year....April or May. I am eager to get things rolling and opened, but need to remember to be patient and have all my ducks in a row before jumping in!

I wish I could slow down the days! Time is flying by so fast! I am working on getting things set up for the open house! Which will be starting on the 3rd, on a Thursday of December. December that is just weird to say already. I was in Walmart today and I just realized all the Christmas things! My goodness I haven't even thought about Christmas presents yet!

Well I will get on with posting some pictures of the location of my store. But to let you know the hours of the open house will be:
Thursday, December 3rd: 11-5
Friday, December 4th: 12-6
Saturday, December 5th: 10-4

Hope to see you all there!

Have a Happy Thanksgiving!!!
